The solution
An electronic archive of communications has been created, accessible only to those with the necessary authorisations. Thanks to the integration of the ARXivar workflow, it was possible to define an approval cycle in which each communication is not only automatically sent to specific recipients, optimally guaranteeing the company’s policies, but is also monitored and finally published only after approval.
