The demand
The analysis of business processes highlighted the need for a reorganisation of document flows in order to make the structure more responsive and efficient.
The final objective required by management:
- Formalising business processes
- Centralise the information spread between departments and make it available outside the company, where relevant, while keeping track of the operations carried out.
The Solution
In order to manage the approval processes of supplier invoices, a number of workflows have been implemented to support a new way of working according to collaborative processes.
