OCR recognises the type of document (receipts/invoices) and extracts: the date of the receipt, the VAT number of the supplier and the total amount spent.

RECONCILIATION

The system populates a report associating each receipt with the correct record. The report can be signed by hand or digitally.

APPROVAL PROCESS

The acquired documents are sent to the HR department for verification and request for additions or changes. Invoices (accounts payable) are sent to the administration

STANDARDISED STORAGE

It is possible to submit all the documents required for a complete dematerialisation of the process to the storage process.
