Allows all WinDrakkar DMS users to access ARXivar Next in real time to manage stored documents, according to priority level.
Through customisable workflows, users will be guided in carrying out business activities in a structured way, optimising internal processes.

The solution is:

• Storage of business documents, whether generated by the DMS or from external sources
• Storage in accordance with the law (Italian\european)
• Management of approval processes through customisable workflows

It also allows FEA (Advanced Electronic Signature) management on all documents, generated by the DMS or by external tools.
