The project in brief
Invent, a company active in the green economy, started in 2011 to innovate its business model. From being a supplier of photovoltaic systems for large companies, Invent has also opened up to the end consumer.
This transformation has required organisational changes to ensure rapid response times and precise control of information and processes. With 200/300 installations to manage every month Invent ran the risk of losing some files.
First of all, ARXivar made it possible to electronically store any document, making it easy to find. All information is organised in digital files and fed into approval flows. The platform also allows constant and timely monitoring of company performance and integrates with all software used. A single tool for full digital management.
